Ripley Rader Online Shopping Policies

This section covers all the policies regarding buying products online and making returns with Ripley Rader.

We want to make your shopping experience with Ripley Rader easy and pleasant!  We recommend you familiarize yourself with our policies, as they govern any transaction you enter into with us. By placing an order, clicking the checkout button, and entering your payment information or any other similar action, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

 

RR ANNUAL SALE

NO RETURNS - NO EXCHANGES
for all purchases during the RR Annual Sale (2/24-2/26)

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed in this online store are usually processed the same day or within 2 business days maximum from the date the order was placed and paid for. Orders placed for products that are out of stock may take longer to process.  

In some cases we may need to contact you prior to processing your order. If we are unable to reach you at using the contact information you provided us within 5 days, we may cancel your order and refund any payment you may have made.

 

ORDER PAYMENT

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and wire transfers. We do not accept cash, checks, cashiers checks, or Western Union.

 

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be automatically added to your shopping cart at checkout when applicable. 

 

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All US orders are shipped via USPS or FEDEX and should be received within 3-5 business days after processing.  Saturday delivery is available if prearranged with Customer Service and an additional shipping fee may apply.

RETURNS

Ripley Rader DOES NOT cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

The following rules and guidelines apply:

  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt

  • Include invoice and note if return or exchange

  • The merchandise must be in its original new condition, unworn/unwashed

  • We do not accept returns on custom-made, altered or special order items, undergarments, or sale/discounted merchandise. All of these types of sales are final. Merchandise may be exchanged under certain conditions. 

  • Damages that occur during care of a garment such as dry cleaning, washing or wear are not grounds for return

  • Please do not return anything to us COD or freight collect, our receiving department will refuse the shipment

  • Returns must be made in adequate packaging (like the original), we are not responsible if your return is damaged in shipping due to poor packaging

 

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS

If we ship you a damaged or incorrect garment, please keep the original packaging, do not wear or use the garments and do not remove the tags. Call the LA Studio to get info return instructions: 323.908.2292. Please note that wearing/using an incorrect item is considered an acceptance of the item and you will not be able to return/exchange it.

 

PROMO CODES

Promo codes and discount coupons can be used to buy jeans, shorts, skirts, jackets and any other garment offered on this online store, unless otherwise specified. Discount codes may be found on this website, on our social media pages and in promotions and advertising. If you have a discount coupon or promo code please keep the following in mind:

  • Only one code may be used per order.

  • Certain items (including all sale items) are excluded from special offers.

  • Codes may not be applied after an order is placed and/or processed.

LEGAL

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.  Any litigation must be brought to the appropriate court in the County of Los Angeles California.
